We want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure the health and safety of all our furry customers, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective: The item arrived broken or non-functional.

  • Incorrect Item: You received the wrong color, size, or product.

  • Unopened & Unused: The item must be in its original, factory-sealed packaging.

2. Strict Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items

Due to strict public health and animal safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, tested, or used on a pet. * Because the Pawvia Paw Cleaner comes into contact with animal paws and potential biological contaminants, it is classified as a personal hygiene item.

  • Items returned with signs of use, dirt, pet hair, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

  • We strictly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee a refund for items lost in transit without tracking.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Order Cancellation

To ensure fast shipping, orders enter our fulfillment system immediately. You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase. After 6 hours, the order cannot be canceled, but you may return the unopened package upon delivery.
